Hello there good sir,
Thank you for dropping us a line.
I had a look at your profile and your school list, and my first comment is that I think you are aiming too high. I know this may not be exactly what you were hoping to hear, but if you adjust your strategy now, you can come our of R1 with some nice admits. Essentially for top 10/15 schools your profile has too many weaknesses - GMAT is not high enough, GPA is very low, you graduated from an non IIT school, and you come from a very very tough and very very competitive pool (Indian Male Tech).
My advice then is that you readjust your school list to be within the 20-40 range. There are some very good very strong Tier II schools in that range that can likely help you reach the goals you are aiming at, and by readjusting your school list now to make it more realistic, you will get better results in this application season.
I hope this helps,
Best,
JF
