Hi everybody,
First of all, I would like to thank you all for your outstanding help in GMAT.
I am currently in the process of HBS 2+2 application. Since there are no one who previously applied and accepted to HBS 2+2 from my country (very few regular HBS MBA instances as well), any comment regarding my background, my chances or what should I do will be crucially helpful. Thank you so much.
Here is some background information:
Country: Turkey College: Bogazici University (The top college in the country. Acceptance to my major is 72 students in 1.8 million, the placement exam ranking of last student admitted in class of 2017 is 630 in 1.8 million) Major: Industrial Engineering (inclined to finance) Major GPA: 3.76/4.00 (3rd highest GPA in class of 2017) Minor Program: Economics Minor GPA: 4.00/4.00 Study Abroad: Columbia University (1 semester, IEOR department) GMAT: 750 (Percentile:98, Q:51, V:39) Extracurricular: Captain of college basketball team, bass guitarist in an alt. rock band, and some student club activities Work Experience: Internships in 3rd largest telecommunications company in Turkey, and Oliver Wyman (got and accepted an offer for full-time) Academic Work Experience: Student Assistant in core courses in Industrial Engineering and Economics (Operations Research 1, Microeconomics 1, Intro. to Computing for Econ.)
I know that an excellent essay and interview(s) are vital, but based on my background, how do you guys, as you are significantly more experienced than me in these issues, see my chances of acceptance?
Again, any comment will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
Stay strong,
Sazak

Hi Sazak, I think you have excellent chances, you have an outstanding profile. Also, Turkey is underrepresented at HBS and that will help your chances. Feel free to set up a consultation with me if you would like to speak.
