Hi,
I am planning to pursue MS in Finance from USA -
What would be a general feedback on profile for the target course?
Which universities should I target?

Some shortlisted Universities -

Duke - MQM,
MS finance - Washington Univerity St. Louis, USC Marshall, UT Austin, John Hopinks
Canada - McGill

My Profile -

Education -
IIT Kharagpur - B.Tech + M.Tech Electrical Engineering
CGPA - 6.54/10

GMAT - 730 (Q - 50 V - 38)
TOEFL - 109

Work Experience
Internship - 4 months in Robotics - Germany - University of Freiburg
Full-Time - 2 years - TATA Communications India - Assistant Manager (Telecommunications Company)
Full-Time - 6 months - Working in a startup (Business Brokerage firm)

GMAT is good. No idea what the GPA converts to. 3.4 and higher would be competitive for the US schools you listed.

MSF - I would add Vanderbilt on there. Maybe add UIUC as another safety school (along with JHU). Both are not at the same recruiting quality as the others, but JHU and UIUC are well known overseas. A hedge in case you cannot find work in the US.

GPA is low. It would be below 3.4.

I have built and managed my own portfolio investing into Indian stock market

What are the chances of getting into one of these programmes?
Will there be an issue in getting work after pursuing this course?

GPA 3.7/4 (Award of Academic Distinction)
CFA level 1 (also awarded CFA Program Partner Program scholarship)
President of a university society (led 65 people)
GRE 330 (Q 166, V 164)
IELTS 8.0
Internship in PwC Pakistan (Big 4)
2 other finance internships (one in the country's state bank)
3 Teaching Assistant stints (Investments, Applied Corp. Finance)
Certified Medical First Respondent (900+ volunteer hours & actual emergencies handling experience)

Currently working for Philip Morris International in Sales & Marketing (1.5 years exp)
