GMAT is good. No idea what the GPA converts to. 3.4 and higher would be competitive for the US schools you listed.
MSF - I would add Vanderbilt on there. Maybe add UIUC as another safety school (along with JHU). Both are not at the same recruiting quality as the others, but JHU and UIUC are well known overseas. A hedge in case you cannot find work in the US.

GPA is low. It would be below 3.4.

What are the chances of getting into one of these programmes?
