mcelroytutoring: my salute to you for sticking with GMAT. You certainly have, in the words of Peter M Scott, taken the Road Less Travelled. And this a blessing for the rest of us, GMATers. We can really learn from your learnings and high points. I have a question for you, which after answering @KS15's tricky CR question, will feel like a breeze. What is your advice to score a perfect SC score. Or what is your wisdom for mastering this section?

Many thanks & lots of respect for you

Thanks, KungFuGmat.

There is no simple answer to mastering SCs. In my opinion, the very best thing you can do is work through every official SC you can find, and of course glean whatever wisdom you can from the often inscrutable, but occasionally helpful, official GMAC answer explanations, along with the helpful explanations here on GMAT Club. Here is a guide to the 2017 OG, sorted by question type and topic, with links to GMAT Club explanations and a "Lessons Learned" column you can use as a built-in error log: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17kdAM0uoVdlMTVe-fDaVkU_vj83kNP2de1EfW6SKuIc/edit?usp=sharing

I am also a big fan of this book: https://www.amazon.com/Complete-GMAT-Sentence-Correction-Guide/dp/0997517808

@mcelroytutuoring- thanks for the wonderful advice and the link to the book. Unfortunately, it is not available in my country :(. We don't even have amazon here. But I would try to follow other resources!
