This is an example of a time waster problem. The key piece of information we are missing is the type of quadrilateral. It doesn't matter if we know l or w. Both statements are insufficient and so is their combination.

No need to run through the solutions for me here. Obviously there is no data regarding the type of quadrilateral. DO NOT ASSUME that the figure is a rectangle.
