good finance coursework, good placement, chances of guaranteed loans or aid.(top 20 US, top 10 Europe)
but the problem is that i feel i am too average and i am just confirming the same from you all so that i save myself the effort of applying and then facing rejection.

640 is a very acceptable school for Part time MBA. You could get into good schools like Grainger (Madison) and even GSB Chicago on a part time basis. My colleague got 660 and joined GSB Chicago part time. Part time standards are lower. Ofcourse, you miss out on the interactions and experiences of a full time.

hey! have a little confidence in yourself, man!

a 640 is a fine score -- it's all about how you craft your application. German is not a common second language to know and perhaps you can shed some light on this in the form of an interesting story.

I would say you need to ask yourself, do you really want this? b/c if you want it, you can achieve it. the application is really the key.
