Hello everybody,
I am starting my test preparation, and I have kind of a Naïve but important question to ask :

Are we allowed to use a paper and a pen while passing the test ?

Thank you warmly in advance.

I agree with what has been said. You are given a marker and dry-erase notebook at the test center.

Since you seem to be just starting off with your prep, do you need any advice regarding your study plan?

And not to overkill but a couple tips about the marker and note board:

-If you're holding the pen while you think or read, try to remember to hold it ink side down. That way you don't have that moment of "the marker is dry!" panic that occasionally happens when all the ink is at the bottom of the pen because you were holding it upright (and if that *does* happen, shake it a little to get the ink flowing back to the tip).

-You can ask for more markers or note boards by raising your hand, so don't worry about writing in large font or writing out your extra steps. But if you know you're going to be a prolific writer, it's not a bad idea to friendly alert the proctor when you check in "Hey I kind of write big, so be on the lookout for me raising my hand for a new note board!" and to check when you get to the end of a section whether you're starting to run out of space and want to ask to switch out note boards between sections instead of waiting until it's "an emergency" so to speak.
