630 in GMAT .In search of figuring out what ought to be done next.

Q49 ||V 27||Overall :630::[b]Verdict:[/b]702 is average score for schools I am planning to apply. R1 is gone and R2 is now my only hope.
Above is the summary of the test I took yesterday.

Well to give a brief background , I started of preparing around 2 months back but never got going with a regular routine till the time I had only 3-4 weeks left for the exam.
Resources used was the Official Guide 2019 and Gmat Club questions alone and a few free tests offered .

My preparation was only focussed only on verbal reasoning . I didnt prepare much or in other words may be nothing for quant .
Now I am clueless what should be done and how can I improve my verbal score to at least 37.

Failure is nothing new to me .It has become almost synonymous with me .Almost 90 percent of things I tried , I failed .However this doesn't stop me from trying .
So here I shall ask for all experts to please help me , so that I can push for one more time and hopefully I shall be able to make the cut.

So before I ask for everyone's valuable opinion. ..below self analysis I would like to put together.
1. I underestimated quant section. Although I can solve most of the problems without the timer , I really mess it up with the clock ticking.
2. Again in verbal , my accuracy level goes down during real exams compared to doing each question in isolation. A lot of questions I simply mark in hope or may be that sounds good(esp. in sc) once I end up spending around 2 minutes on that each questions.
3. Sentence correction : I really find it difficult to identify in a glance the splits and take a informed decision . Once the clock hits around 1.20 mins mark I usually panic and mark something which sounds good or logically correct.
4. Critical Reasoning is my strong point , but just because I usually spend a lot of the time at the beginning everything starts falling apart at the end .
5. Managing Time : I am not able to manage time at all properly. I become over cautious during the start and dare devil at the end just because I have to complete all the questions.

I am planning to retake the exam around Sept end . So I am having around 40 days in which I need to scale things up.Usually after every failure I mosty crib for long time . But this time some how I am taking everything in a more objective manner . I am not sure if I am going achieve my target score in the next attempt , but I definitely want to give it a proper shot.
