1. Good instruction from Kaplan book (I did not attend its course);

2. Do not try Kaplan exams (trick to get people into Kaplan classes);

3. I started in September 6, and it took me about 2 hours per day to review information from different sources, including verbal from this forum;

4. I did very well at GRE when I applied for my Ph.D. long time back, and there are a lot of similarities between GMAT and GRE--that saved me a lot of time
