Between B and E,

According to argument, Beta-amyloid causally contributes to Alzheimer's disease, but it is nowhere mentioned that development of Alzheimer's disease is dependent entirely on the level of beta-amyloid. One can contract Alzheimer's from other reasons too.
Therefore, B is not always true.

Now E is shortened form of argument. E is correct choice.
