Invited to re-apply at INSEAD with a better quant score

Hello all,
I have been a real stalker on this forum for the past 18 months, and I know how benevolent and helpful you all are!
I applied for the Sept21 intake at INSEAD and received a mail from the admission committee saying that my low quant score at GMAT did not match my application. In substance, I had been unsuccessful. But, they also told me that I could re-apply if I managed to improve (dramatically - understand me) my quant score.
So, even though I am feeling the famed gmat fatigue, this idea that one silly result could prevent me from attending my dream school has lit a fire under my seat and I want to retake this exam and ace it.
I am humbly asking you to guide me in this quant quest.
How would you go about increasing a 29% quant (balanced by a 89% verbal and 91% IR) into a 75%? Bearing also in mind that I have been studying and working in humanities since I was 16?
Would tutoring help? Or the Economist program? Or any other resource?
Please help me design a plan!
And thank you all for reading me!

I definitely recommend Target Test Prep. Especially if you start from a low level, their explanations are helpful and super clear! Also, lots of realistic practice problems.
