If you're interested in energy finance, I'd look at some kind of entry level finance/accounting, plus it sounds like statistics would be good for you. Good online programs include ones run by the NYU School of Professional Studies, UCLA Extension and UC Berkeley Extension. I'd poke around on those websites and look for something graded that you can complete before applying! Good luck!
