The first day has 5 options. The second day will have one less option since one was taken away on the first day, so only 4 options. The 3rd day will have 3 options etc, so in total 5*4*3*2*1 = 120 options.

Solution:

The number of different possible orderings of the 5 games is 5! = 120.

Answer: E

First-day testing has options: 5
Second-day testing has options: 4
Third-day testing has options: 3
Fourth-day testing has options: 2
Fifth-day testing has options: 1

Total : 5 * 4 * 3 * 2 * 1 = 120 (5!)
