Both the fractions can be reduced to 1/500 and 1/50
1/500+1/50 = 0.002+0.02 = 0.022

Correct Option C

After decimal goes opposite order
After
Thousandths - Hundredths - units <decimal > Unit - Tenths - thousandths

\(\frac{19}{9500}\) = \(\frac{1}{500}\)

\(\frac{95}{4750}\) = \(\frac{1}{50}\)

\(\frac{1}{500}\) + \(\frac{1}{50}\) ~ approx \(\frac{1}{45}\) = 0.0222

Unit = Zero
Hundredths = Two
Thousandths = Two = Option C

19/9500 + 95/4750
= 1/500 + 1/50
= .002 + .02
= .022

Therefore, Thousandths digit in decimal equivalent = 2
