How about the beautiful Pacific Northwest?

Different from the usual hustle and bustle of a large city! A nice way to rejuvenate after all the GMAT/Applications before the actual thing!

We can goto the Oregon Coast for some beach party, head to Columbia Gorge for Wind Surfing, then hit the slopes of Mount Hood for Alpine Skiing and finally retire back to Portland to visit the micro-breweries!

Sm, where is this? what an awesome picture. Never been to Oregon, but now intereted :-D

This is Portland-Oregon. About 3 hours south of Seattle. Its really lovely here, especially in the sprint/summer/autumn months. And if you like the outdoors Portland (actually the entire Pacific Northwest) is heavenly! Lotsa 'oudoorsy' things do to from urban walking to high altitude mountaineering, from swimming to wind surfing!
