Unable to review IR questions

Hi, I am currently using a GMAT Club Tests Pro subscription which is valid until August 10th, 2022. I completed an IR test but now I am unable to review any questions from that test. Upon clicking any link from the list of questions from that test, the webpage shows me an "Unauthorized / Forbidden" error message. Could someone please look into this? Attached screenshot for reference.

Hi. Thanks so much for reporting this issue and Sorry about that.


We have released an upgrade to the GMAT Club tests about 12 hours ago and that must have messed it up.
I have forwarded it on to the developers to address ASAP.

P.S. I have gone ahead and added 10 more days to your account. Hopefully this will be resolved within 12 hrs. Fingers crossed.

Hi BB, it's been quite some time but I'm still facing this issue :( could you please check with the developers about the same? Thanks much in advance.

Hi. Something is strange... I am able to see them.

Can you please go here https://gmatclub.com/tests-beta/analysi ... mance.html and then click on the IR test or full test and then click on the question.

Are you still seeing "Forbidden" message?

Hi BB, thanks for your prompt response. This is indeed very strange. I performed everything in the above message step-by-step but I am still seeing the "Forbidden" message.

Additionally, I am able to view the questions for all other tests. It is only the IR on which I am not able to access the questions.

Hm… ok. I guess there’s a weird issue. I will have to ask developers to look into this or tomorrow.

I checked on Thur and it seem to be working just fine so I assumed it was fixed…. Sorry about that. It seems I didn’t quite understand the problem correctly.

Thanks! For now, you can use a work around.
Check the ID of the question in your test and if you got it right or wrong. Then head over here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/ir-questions-419/ You can look up the question and explanation
