Congrats Rhyme. That's amazing persistence. I guess having failed to grab you, it's Kellog's log and GSB's gain. Anyway, it is often argued that GSB is better than Kellog- so you can laugh about it.

I do hope that you will continue to post on this board and help others, even though now the process is over for you

Sorry to hear that Rhyme but you must be a little glad you were informed sooner rather than later. The most important part in all of this now is CLOSURE. You now know where you're going. You can start planning things. You can start talking to your fellow GSBers as real classmates rather than potential ones.

I'm sure THAT must be good and I can't wait to get there.

Thanks for the kind words everyone... you are all truly amazing people. I hope I find the same kind of camaderie at bschool as I've found here. It pains me to know that there are so many of you I will never meet, but maybe I can convince some of you to come down to the bahamas this summer. :)

Yea seriously. Feels like so much work for the privilege of doing more work!

"Why thank you sir, I really enjoyed those 412 days of agony, can I have more?"
"Most certainly, here you go!"

So finally it is over.

I feel for you man....... this last year has been a crazy ride for all of us. Some have found light at the end of the tunnel whereas others are still looking.

Lets see if we can pull off GMATClub reunion...... this summer

rhyme, sorry to hear about K but you already have GSB in your hand..so who cares...plus, you should be very very happy...after 412 days you have a solid ultra-elite in your hand....awesome....I started this prosess on Jan 05,2006 and all I have with me right now is W-WL and Col-WL and that is it......still waiting for GSB and K.....no hope for K whatsoever as i applied in R3.....the biggest mistake that i made was to apply to M7 schools only....i really had no back up school and the strategy backfired...i am an older applicant (33) and will not apply next year anyway....so sad right now.....thinking to apply to INSEAD for its Jan Intake.....

Well, obviously, I put the text on it... but the cartoon is originally a bloom county.
