You have to make the base the same, but in this case, it is not possible and I think the question is wrong...

10^3*4^2=2^n*5^2
(5*2)^3 * (2^2)^2 = 2^n * 5^2
5^3 * 2^7 = 2^n * 5^2

Still left with 5.
