For some reason when I go to start an online app all I get is

written accross the top of the page. What gives? Am I missing something?

It feels a little bit different from what djhouse was posting about...
The formating, I mean
I was expecting "form type," not uploading a word document.
In any case I didn't see last years' app, so I cannot really confirm for sure. :p

Guys, anyone figure out what the difference is between the "Employment History" section on the application and the resume upload in the next section? The application says you only need to upload a resume for scholarship consideration - so is it not supposed to be a professional resume, then?

400 characters, I believe, more or less means 400 keystrokes - for instance, "this sentence is 33 characters."

So, 400 characters is WAY less than 400 words.

Your word processing software's "Word Count" tool or equivalent will tell you how many characters you have in a paragraph.
