It's a little dated (~2002) but the end is pretty interesting. It lays out each schools recruiting schedule and interesting facts about schools.

Callbacks/Second Rounds: Do them as soon as possible, and do dings (rejections) at the same time as callbacks. Information travels at the speed of light at Tuck.
