bb, thanks for the fast reply!

Actually, my apps are complete and I took the exam on the 29th as sort of the "last time I could take it before 2nd round due dates."

I took a look at the sticky and I do fall into a few of the "Do not take it again" category, but I just can't get it out of my head and I'm sort of afraid I'll always be disappointed in that score.

If I do want to take the exam again, because I do have extra time, what materials should I use for Quant and SC? Also, anyone have recommendations for a great grammar book?

Thanks!

Doing Grammar seems to be most recommended by users. I have not used it personally though.

For retake, could recommend this plan/option: gmat-study-plan-go-from-650-to-80235.html
Also, if you have time to take a course, Knewton has a 50 points guarantee, so unless you get 770, you will get your money back.

P.S. Understand how you feel - in that case, it's not a very rational move, but I would have gone for it :)
I actually wanted to ratake after getting 750 (back then it was 99th percentile - that's the only thing that kept from retaking)

Hey BB,

Thanks for the tips! I bought the grammar book and checked out Knewton. Based on the money back guarantee and the reviews on this forum, I'm going to give it a try.

Thanks for all the help. I am so happy I found this forum a few months ago. It is an amazing resource.

Cool! Let me/all of us know what you think about both of those (Doing Grammar and Knewton).
