nifoui,

it seems you are affected by results easily thus i suggest you to NOT take any CATs the week before your next exam - this way you wont feel bad if you dont do well. The final week just do practice problems so you wont be affected too much by the score. The day before the exam relax - go see a movie, to a bar for a relaxing drink or play some games. Get to the test center an hour early to relieve some jitters before the exam. Go over some last minute idioms, formulas/tricks etc and just "chill". I find this tactic to be good since you will be plenty awake by then.
