According to Manhattan SC, GMAT avoids "It is...that" constructions in correct answers. However, I have seen many correct answers with that construction.

Do you have any thoughts on that?

I think that the "It is ...that" construction is valid. "It is true that he killed the ant". "It is observed that JAVA sucks".

Isn't that correct Brett?
