I have added information to most of the individual school reviews regarding the CEOs who graduated from that school.
To the surprise of no one, the graduate divisions of Harvard had by far the greatest CEO production. Indeed, it would take the next four producers combined (Stanford, Penn, Columbia, and Chicago) to reach Harvard's numbers.

Some surprises:
Some well known business schools did not have a single CEO present. For instance, Cornell Johnson, Berkeley Haas, Yale SOM, and UNC KF did not have a single MBA graduate CEO (Yale and UNC had JD CEOs, Berkeley had a tech grad CEO)(Note that these schools have high ranking executives below the CEO level or at the CEO level at firms outside the SP500 at the time of survey).
