Between A and C. Not sure if (C) changes the meaning (does not have 'appoximately'). It depends on how one interprets the sentence. Would go for (A).

I realized from another post: 'estimate - approximately' is redundant. (C) it should be.

The OA is C. Why? because in the original sentence, the word "estimate" and "approximately" are redundant. Also, although using either "that study" or "who study" could be appropriate, using the present participle "studying" is generally considered more concise.
