Hi. A few thoughts off top of my mind:
Your masters/MBA/grad GPA is more important than your undergrad.
At the same time, if you already have a masters degree, especially in business such as an MBA, you need to articulate and address why you need another one and how it would make a difference. Just something to keep in mind.
In terms of the best schools for product management, Kellogg is number one. That is easy. In terms of Haas - It is a great choice but I would caution you about a couple things. Nothing bad with the program by the way
but the issue is twofold. First it’s a small program. It’s one of the smallest top 10 programs and that means admission decisions can be swayed significantly by a small sample of applicants. This is one of the hardest schools to predict admissions chances for because of that. I’ve seen great applicants denied from Berkeley who got admitted to better schools. So if you’re only choosing two schools in the US, Haas is a lot riskier than many other programs so I would encourage you to add another one or swap out for another program. Second reason, there’s not a lot of on campus recruiting happening on the West Coast. Especially with the program being on the smaller size, not as many employers come to campus. Of course, you are located close to the tech hub in Silicon Valley but those are not exactly the same.
In terms of other options to add or swap out, I would suggest Ross.
At the same time, I would recommend for you to go to school in the country or continent where you’re planning to work. If you’re planning to come back to Europe, but it definitely makes sense to go to school there.
FYI - I have done some ROI analysis of the World's Top 30 MBA programs and European schools did not fare as well as I thought they should have (let me know if you have any suggestions/issues with this):
