Thanks for sharing your profile! I'd say you've got a well balanced profile in the sense that you are crossing off some key things: 700+ GMAT, strong business experience, strong community leadership experience. As you're aware, your GPA is going to be the kind of glaring issue in your application.
A couple things you can do to help offset it. Personally, I don't think retaking the GMAT is going to help much unless you can get a 750 or so, and even then, doesn't drastically change the equation. Instead, you might consider enrolling in a couple courses (accounting, statistics, econ) to show that you can perform well in an academic setting. It could help. You should also address your GPA in an optional statement and take responsibility for whatever happened there.
You may be overreaching with Kellogg, Chicago, and Columbia. Perhaps you should choose one of these programs to apply to. I think it's fair to try for Duke, Cornell, NYU, USC, Georgetown and Tepper. You should be ok with this list!
