I like your PS, where you have mentioned another angle in which the question can be framed...

Answer is A.

PS:since the question ask for volume temperature of stored chemical is not relevant. If the question had been of mass of chemical stored, then temperature and the density of chemical at the stored temperature would be required to find mass of chemical stored.
