Thanks for sharing your profile. Your low GPA and GMAT scores are unfortunately going to make it tough to look outside that range of schools. And, unfortunately, your career went from banking (very competitive) to IT QA (not as competitive)
What this means is that for the last two years that you've been working in IT, you won't be able to demonstrate really strong business leadership experience - instead, you'll likely be relying heavily on your banking experience from before. Although it does sound like you've led some projects in your new role, so that is good.
Finally, I don't see any mention of extracurricular or community activities, which will be a weakness in your application. All in all, I would say the schools you are targeting are possibilities, but I might encourage you to also look at some safer programs in the next range down. I hope this helps - best of luck!
