Well, do keep in mind that schools STILL want to see 4-5 years experience, so you might still benefit from a bit more time. But anyhow, if you feel you are ready now, go for it. Worst comes to worst, you gain more experience and try again!

For your evaluation, all the schools you have listed are top programs. Now, you would have a shot, given your great GMAT and your employer, but STILL it is not going to be easy, because of the very tough pool you come from, plus lack of volunteer/extra plus having a bit less experience (this is especially true for INSEAD where the average age is 30, and people are FAR more experienced).

Anyhow all of these schools are tough ones, like I wrote and what is missing is schools in the Top 20, but out of the top 7 to give your strategy the balance it needs in function of your strengths and weaknesses... so schools like Tepper, Johnson, Marshall, Anderson, NYU etc. etc. should be added to your list to give it some balance.
