Hi there,
Thanks for posting. So the 3.7 in one of the Masters degrees is a great + on the academics side; the other GPAs are lower, correct, but having that 3.7 is better than just the 3.0's at least. You have a lot of experience, yes, and fairly technical from the sounds of it, although the more recent marketing experience is a different side to the usual industrial engineer profile so that helps you stand out, as does the international experience. You will want to be sure to highlight people skills, management, leadership, teamwork, etc to round out your profile.
The big question looking at your profile now is-- WHY? Why do you want/need this MBA? What do you see as your next steps after the degree? It's important that you make a strong case for answering that question, in order to have a chance at top schools, and in particular when you do already have both a lot of experience and a lot of degrees.
Certainly a 700+ would give you better chances at the schools you mentioned, and keep in mind the decisions are based on the overall application, not just the GMAT, so for example your essays can make a big difference in the decision!
