1.Is ISB also out of my range ?

I don't think so. I think it could be a "Stretch" for you, but still with a fantastic application, you should have a shot.

2.is there anything i can do to compensate for my low GPA. more like gaining more internship experience in diverse fields..

Well, first of all you already have, by getting a fantastic GMAT. The other thing that can help is: narrative. If you have a good story as to why your grades were so low, and you tell it with modesty and honesty, it can help.

3.Could you tell me there are any really good schools for mba in energy or mba in oil and gas management,with a electrical engineering degree it might just help me.

Yep! Austin and Rice are the two top that I would look into. Fantastic places for energy! (it's Texas, you know :) )
