Hi.
I am an Indian female.
I am a dentist and have 2 years of work experience.
GMAT score is 730
GPA is 3.94 on 4
TOEFL is 118.
Have a lot of community service experience.
What are my chances of getting into a top 10 B school?

What a fantastic basis.

I’d love to help you out but I need more info!!!. Where do you work? What do you do? Why do you want to move from dentistry to MBA?? What are your post MBA plans?? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation. Most important though it to understand your STORY: Why you want to get an MBA:

Hi,
I have a one month volunteering experience in Bali where i taught kids.
I have also organised camps for indian soldiers at the birder along with organising camps for their families as well.

I worked for a 1.5 years at a dental clinic and now i work at a pharma company because i wanted some corporate experience as well. I am helping with product designing and marketing of different drugs.

I have a business model related to dental field in mind and i think an MBA will help me turn that idea into a viable venture.
I am a little concerned about my work ex.
Ill have a little less than 3 years of work ex at the time of joining and i wanted to know is that gonna hurt my chances a lot for top 10 schools.

I graduated from Manipal College of Dental Sciences. Its one of the top schools in India for dental. :)

Well the pharma work sounds awesome! As it is more professional than being a dentist. I think you may need to work on your goals a bit :) to make them viable for an MBA, but you are off to a good start.
