Hi there - thanks for writing! To answer your questions:
Obviously I should be working to get the best score I can get but is there a specific score I need to hit to be competitive at the schools listed above? In addition to raising the overall score I'd especially work on the quant score - if you can get a 46/47 or above in this section, that will go a long way towards assuring the AdCom of your academic abilities
Is it realistic to think I am competitive at these schools with a higher GMAT considering my low GPA? Your GPA isn't necessarily a deal-breaker - a higher GMAT will definitely help mitigate it, and you'll want to explain the drivers of the GPA in your optional essay
Are there any other schools I should add to my list? I might also look at Duke and Ross
Hope that helps a bit! If you want to discuss your profile in more depth, I definitely recommend signing up for a free 30-min consultation here as you'll be able to gain some valuable advice:

Hello,
I am looking to refine my list of target schools and was wondering if you could evaluate my profile.
Stats
27 year old white female
GPA: 2.9 in Economics from a top public university (a good portion of this is because I was hanging onto a second major in the sciences for too long, last year GPA was 3.6)
GMAT: 670 (42Q, 40V, 5.5 AWA, 8 IR) - will be retaking in August
Work experience: Almost 5 years at a large IT consulting firm - 1 title promotion but more when considering role, started as a Business Analyst and have now been a Project Manager for 1.5 years
Extracurricular Activities: Officer for a non-profit that operates internationally (4+ years, involved in organization from the beginning 8 years ago), baseball coach (5 years)
Goal of MBA: Short term - Move into strategy consulting; Long term - Non-profit consulting, potentially something sustainability related
Target schools: Tuck, Yale, Johnson, Darden, McCombs, Kenan-Flagler
As listed above, I will be retaking my GMAT in August and am working to get above 700. My last practice test before I took the GMAT was 710 (48Q, 40V) and I didn't study much due to other time commitments so I should be able to do a bit better next time, especially since I know I need to work on time management. Obviously I should be working to get the best score I can get but is there a specific score I need to hit to be competitive at the schools listed above? Is it realistic to think I am competitive at these schools with a higher GMAT considering my low GPA? Are there any other schools I should add to my list?
Thanks for taking the time to evaluate my profile.
