If your goal is to move into finance and you want to go to school in the US, you should be looking at Columbia, Chicago Booth, and MIT Sloan for your reach. Dropping down a level, I would consider Michigan Ross, Yale SOM and NYU Stern. After that, your safeties might be Cornell Johnson and Georgetown McDonough.
You should not retake the GMAT. A 750 is an excellent score. Ten additional points is insignificant.
Overall, your age and GPA are slight weaknesses, but your GMAT score, extracurricular activities and work experience are relatively strengths. You should have a very specific take on what area of finance you want to go into and how it relates to both the MBA program and your pre-MBA background.
