Hello Mr. MBA, thanks for your post.
Overall I do think your profile is solid. Your GPA is decent, and your GRE is very strong so that is good news. Plus your CFA helps compensate for your GPA, so in general I think schools will feel you have the quantitative ability to succeed in the classroom.
It is hard to gauge your work experience without knowing your accomplishments and impact you have made there. It is nice to see that you are currently leading a team though. I assume you have many more examples that show you have made an impact and demonstrated leadership at work. One point of concern is that your average years of work experience are well above 5 years. So it will also be important to explain why you want your MBA, and why “now”, and to also illustrate the skills you already have which are transferable to your goals. Be sure your story makes sense, and is realistic and specific. I do think investment banking is one viable option.
There is a lot to consider in terms of Round 1 and Round 2 strategy, but without knowing more, I suggest you apply to at least a few “reach” schools in Round 1. It will be even a bit more difficult to gain admission if applying in Round 2. And yes, you may have to eat your deposit if you find out later you have been admitted into a school you like more. But in the long run, that is a small price to pay for being able to choose the MBA program that is best for you.

Good luck!
