A 720 is a great start. But to give you a REAL evaluation we need more info form you. More about your work (what you did, how many you led, main achievements, etc.) about your college (grades, extra curriculars) and anything unique you can tell us (community service, entrepreneurship etc).

A profile is not made of GMAT and industry alone (and neither are you! :) )

If you are not sure what to write have a look at the longer and more detailed profiles on the site, and I'll be happy to advise

Here it comes..

College:
B.Tech in Production Engineering : GPA 8.2/10
from a top ten Engg college in India (NIT),
completed course such as Operational management.
WE:
4 years when matriculating in 2013.
First 2 years: Worked as a Manufacturing Engineer in a MNC company, aiding Head of Manufacturing , who managed 4 factories and over 750 employees.
My major achiv is creating a new algorithm to measure delivery performance of factories, which eventually helped the factories to improve performance by over 30% . Completed over 7 different projects succesfully. Have lead projects with team members of 3 to 5.

Current: Got a career progression in the same company, as Project Leader for a Single BIG project, was put directly under MD. The work was mainly to bring world class quality to the products, thus involved travel to Europe. Worked along with a team in Poland, to implemnt a manufactuuring solution in India.
Successfully completed Phase one of the project. Since it is based on quality, dnt have actual $ to put .

Recommendors will mostly speak on my creativity, speedy project completions etc

Extra Curricular is a Vry weak point. No community service.
Hobbies
trekking: done a 16000+ feet peak in Himalayas
Video gaming: Have conducted competitions

Thanks for helping me out. Could you tell which all colleges will be safe n reach.

Great!
Now we are talking!
this gives me a much clearer idea of where you might stand.
Soooo, when evaluating chances I would say the list you provided would go more or less in the following order, from most challenging school to least.

Duke,
Cornell,
Tepper,
UCLA,
McCombs,
Purdue

Your school list is both ambitious and reasonable, and I feel that with good applications, this strategy should bear you fruit. Right now, I get the feeling that your profile is riding mostly on it's GMAT though, and what is missing (from what I see here), and perhaps what you need to FIND is what unique aspect you have that you can use to "sell yourself" to the school. True that everything is good all over (maybe community service a bit lacking... but that's not a tragedy), but you will be up against a whole lot of other very strong candidates... so why you?

This is the secret,

Thank you. that is some real great advice. I shall make it a point to show to the schools in what all ways i am strong & unique .
