Welcome!
Your GPA and GMAT stats are solid. Work experience sounds really strong too with the promotions and leadership experience. Make sure you can bring your work accomplishments "to life" (when it comes time to writing your essays) and help admissions see the impact of your work. With your involvement in IT related work, I could see product management making sense, though you'll likely want to target companies like Amazon who don't require product managers to have engineering/development experience (plus they hire a ton of MBAs). I think Duke / NYU / Darden are in line with your profile. Columbia seems like more of a stretch, though if you apply there early decision (and ahead of the early decision deadline), that should help your chances. You might want to check out Michigan Ross too -- strong for both consulting and product management.
