Resume for non-traditional applicant w/WE in Education

I have an unconventional b-school background. I've been in education since I was 23, and I'm now 31 (about to be 32). For the last seven years I've worked at a school at which I was a founding faculty member. I've been involved in curriculum design and have held leadership positions in multiple parts of the school. I've also designed/tested/implemented programs and have managed some international travel programs. I also hold a master's degree in education.
The resume/CV I've used before for educational work obviously won't work. Does anyone have templates or suggestions for how to structure my resume to explain to the committee what I've done? This is very atypical for most teachers (the novelty of the school, my roles within it). I'm looking to go into social-sector consulting for a firm like McKinsey or Bridgespan.
Thanks!
