I mean [as does] in any form. Verb DO should be employed to substitute any other verb, save for BE.

B is wrong coz it suggests that doller is raising its value, but the
sentence suggests that doller's values has been increased by
coz of some other agent.

C,D,E are wrong coz they are unidiomatic.
whats official answer?

i have my weird thoughts on this one..
A should be correct. dollar value will increase...as it has been increasing..

present perfect continous tense

There is no agent in the question. The book reads, The cost increases etc are of different brand:)
