I think changing the propmpt on the registration page to something along the lines of registration confired (as opposed to you have submitted this form) would help too and would address any ambiguities.

This is something that would be extremely helpful and I guess people want to double check and ensure they're not missing out

Hi bb,

I remember a couple of other schools such as Insead and LBS being on the list that aren't a part of the schedule. Is it the case that these schools haven't confirmed their availability yet? I also see a couple of empty slots on the schedule above. Are those for late confirmations?

Hi!

The 6 AM Slots were not planned really.... that is our improvised solution to deal with oversubscription and interest we did not plan for... though it is funny that 2 are available or 3 if you count Saturday..... Interesting enough HBS and Wharton were the most easy-going, professional, and straightforward teams to work with. On the other hand, LBS and INSEAD have not responded or acknowledged our numerous attempts to reach them through various channels. At this point in time, the schedule is final. We have stopped attempts to contact them. If they suddenly show up (and beg us to include them ), we will and can assign them a 6 AM slot since it would be valuable for the applicants to hear from them. At the same time, we have all student panel slots assigned and would not be able to include LBS/INSEAD students into those. At this point, they have missed the application deadline

The efforts you guys are putting in the MBA Spotlight event are remarkable, i would love to be present during Ross, Fukua, Darden, Johson, Anderson, and Tepper Business schools. Congrats for this initiative and i hope it would be a great success.

It is mentioned in the schedule as the Pacific time zone.

Pacific Time. If you Google for what time is it in Los Angeles or what time is it in San Francisco. You’ll see the current time in those locations. There are also various time zone converter‘s and I will add a countdown ?

Since I live in the Middle East, the time for each event is actually perfect. I'd be back from work, even.

could you tell us the consulting firms that would be a part of this?
also, will there be a limit on the no. of people who attend a particular session?

We have sent out a signup sheet for consultants and as expected all of them signed up Many of them have signed up for multiple sessions. We are working on finalizing the chat session schedule. Expect to hear from us on this earlier next week.

I have added a Printable PDF of the Schedule in the first post and it is looking awesome! ?

That is amazing, when will the volunteers receive instructions?
I don't know coz I have never done it before

I will reach out to you in a couple of days. We will also have a short tutorial kind of session this weekend to go through each ones roles and responsibilities.
