Scored 700 (39V 47Q) in Jan. 2014 - Are my Scores Too Old?

I was hoping someone could help me make a decision as to whether I should retake the GMAT or just apply to programs.

In Jan. 2014, I applied to a Masters in Accounting program requiring a GMAT score. I scored a 700 (39V 47Q). Due to timing, start-to-finish study time was only 9 days and focused solely on Quant. Since I scored much higher than the average at my target program - I decided not to re-take. I am now gearing up to apply for MBA programs and hugely regret my decision.

I will apply to Fuqua, Darden, Ross, Johnson, Tuck, Stern, CBS, LBS and I was hoping to throw in an application or two to an M7 program. Specifically, I was wondering if:
A) Are my scores too old?
B) Are my scores competitive?

As a background: I graduated Cum Laude from a large, public research university with a BS in Biology and I received a Masters in Accounting from a top-20 MAC Program (3.5 GPA). I currently work as a Risk Consultant at one of the Big 4 Professional Services Firms. As an UG, I took two years off and founded a retail pharmacy with my Sister that now has top-line revenue in excess of $500K. Ultimately, I am shooting for MBB + Big 4 in the Strategy Practice.

My biggest reservation about re-taking is the study time required. In the next 2-3 months, I have a few large/demanding engagements scheduled. From past experience, I anticipate I will likely be working 60-70 hours/week in May/June and 70-90 hours/week in July. When considering prep of the actual application - I am stretched pretty thin. I have started studying with the goal of sitting for the GMAT on July 23rd but wondering if time might be better spent on the applications.

I'd like to apply for Fall 2017 matriculation but if I have to apply next year - it wouldn't be the end of the world.

I would greatly appreciate any input or advice.
