Student Exchange and Employment Opportunity from schools abroad?

What is the scope of student exchange to Kelloggs or Wharton from ISB.

And, if we do get an opportunity to go to Kelloggs or Wharton under student exchange program from ISB, is there a scope of getting an employment while one will be there in US?

- Scope of getting a student exchange: depends on your bidding points. You need to bid for an exchange term with your allotted quota of points for electives. The top schools (Kellogg and Wharton included) invite higher bids, but it should be generally possible to get an exchange to them. 
- Employment once you are at a top foreign school is possible, but is challenging, given the limited amount of time you will be spending there and the fact that most of these schools will have career services that are focused first on their own students.
