A. The server went to check on her last customer; she was frustrated by her impatience

B. The server went to check on her last customer, who was frustrated by the server's impatience.

C. The server went to check on her last customer and found that she was frustrated by her impatience.

D. The server went to check on her last customer, and she was frustrated by her impatience.

E. The server checked on her last customer; she was frustrated by her impatience.

We know server is female but we don't know whether customer is male or female. So Pronoun 'She' can refer both to server or customer
which is ambiguous.

We need to find a option which explicitly tells us who is frustrated. This is rectified in option B as pronoun 'who' refers to customer.

A. The server went to check on her last customer; she was frustrated by her impatience
She is ambiguous

B. The server went to check on her last customer, who was frustrated by the server's impatience.

C. The server went to check on her last customer and found that she was frustrated by her impatience.
She is ambiguous

D. The server went to check on her last customer, and she was frustrated by her impatience.
She is ambiguous

E. The server checked on her last customer; she was frustrated by her impatience.
Correct answer B.
