we have no other information like overall market situation or anything that can reflect the status of the two products separately in the market. we cant predict anything about the market by the information present in the argument. Argument just throws the info that can help us conclude regarding the products in the same company.

Hi GMATNinja,

Can you please explain how the correct answer is A here? I didn't understand the meaning of revenue here. And how to relate the revenue with profits?

Profit = SP - CP
Revenue is also the same, right?

Shouldn't answer A be higher profits per dollar of revenue than the high speed internet division.
I mean higher profits per dollar doesn't make any sense.

exactly- but assume the profit is 100 and revenue is 1000. now find profit per dollarfor both and you have your answer.
also you can use elimination to get the correct answer without calculating.

Higher profits per unit dollar means rate of profit per unit the revenue , since both the values are directly given ,it forms an absolute answer
