Drop=14 inches/day
5 Days ago=w, means now it's equal w-70 and in 4 days = w-70-56=w-126

equation=w-14n, where n=# of days past day w. in this case, n=9
w-(14*9)=w-126
Ans=A

Since 5 days ago the water level was at w inches, and 4 days from now is 9 days from 5 days ago, the level 4 days from now will be w - 14 x 9 = w - 126 inches.
