- "How do you define successful leadership?"

Is this a standard leadership question where I should tell a story about a time I displayed leadership and then tie it together with a conclusion on how I define leadership? Or am I expected to write 500 words strictly on the definition of leadership?

I assumed it was a case of the former, but the more I think about it, they don't even mention showing examples of personal leadership.

Let me rephrase it for you:

How did your personal and professional experiences lead you to your own definition of leadersip?

Can you rephrase this question for me?

What do you do for fun?

Is it really that straightforward?...Thank You!

This one should sound as follows:

Please, convince the admission commettee that you are not just another investment banker or VB programmer, but a well rounded person who will bring some additional value to the class and can talk with his classmates on issues other then his work duties.
