B is correct..well no problem
but why C is wrong..
c. requires strong interpersonal skills, demands the ability to think fast and a can do attitude
so C says that it requires strong interpersonal skills, demands the two abilities (one, ability to think fast second, demands a can do attitude). It looks just fine other than the only reason that there should have been an "and" instead of a comma.

First let see the rule - if you see "ever" ... an 'and' in a SC question ..... grab it. and find what it is parallel to . demands and requires are already in parallel so this list need a verb, but there is no verb after 'and'.
B removes parallelism error.
