We last discussed your studies almost 4 months ago. Have you been following any type of study routine besides the recent studying that you have done? Have you taken any other CATs/mocks besides this one (and if you did, then how did you score - including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores?)?
Assuming that you took this recent CAT in a realistic fashion that matches-up with how you will take the Official GMAT (meaning that this 490 is an accurate reflection of your current 'ability level'), the you will likely need at least another 2-3 months of consistent, guided study before you can get to the point that you can consistently score 620+.
Schools generally do not care if you take the GMAT more than once, so there's no real harm in doing so. You could almost certainly save some time, money and frustration by pushing back your current Test Date and giving yourself the necessary study time.
