Urgent: From 490 to 620 - possible in two weeks?

It depends on one - the innate nature of your own learning curve, two - where you are currently on your learning curve, and three - how inclined you are (not just time-wise) to move up your learning curve. On the one hand, if you’ve just started to prepare, don’t know much about the Gmat content, strategies, and it’s ‘game’, and are prepared to ‘learn’ efficiently and intently for the remainder of your duration - then it’s highly likely that you can achieve your goal. If on the other hand your learning curve is just flat and/or you’re not efficient in the study hours available that you mention, then it might be difficult. Hope I’m not too vague in answering your question, but the answer to your question is a ‘depends’ one - depending on the above mentioned factors.

OK, so, that test wasn't completely cold.

I think you'll likely need more than two weeks to achieve a 130-point score increase. 130 points is a significant increase. So, you may need even a few months or more to achieve it.

We last discussed your studies almost 4 months ago. Have you been following any type of study routine besides the recent studying that you have done? Have you taken any other CATs/mocks besides this one (and if you did, then how did you score - including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores?)?

Assuming that you took this recent CAT in a realistic fashion that matches-up with how you will take the Official GMAT (meaning that this 490 is an accurate reflection of your current 'ability level'), the you will likely need at least another 2-3 months of consistent, guided study before you can get to the point that you can consistently score 620+.

Schools generally do not care if you take the GMAT more than once, so there's no real harm in doing so. You could almost certainly save some time, money and frustration by pushing back your current Test Date and giving yourself the necessary study time.

In case you give the exam on your 2-week timeline, consider it like an extra mock if you don't feel you are 600+ yet. Try to get as much value out of the experience as possible.

490 to 620 should not be very difficult.
My advice would be to not bound yourself with time and postpone the test. Set objective goals and not time bound ones.
Once you have the right set of material to study you can easily target 650+ scores.
